Who We Are
The Memoir Film team is comprised of multiple Emmy Award winning filmmakers and editors who reside in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. Their work has been featured in many national and international film festivals and each continues to strive to provide couples with the most innovative and creative video and editing techniques.
Their professional entertainment industry engagement and experience continues to accelerate the abridgment of the public and personal entertainment fields.
All of our members are college graduates with decades of combined experience and work history. Their ambition not only for success in the professional field of television and feature film entertainment but their elevated level of wedding videography expertise sets their artistic work a tier above competing videography corporations.
The group is collectively ambitious to provide clients with a product that
exceeds expectations and overshadows competitor's videography skill set.

The Owner
Memoir Film owner & Emmy Award winning filmmaker, Alex Comery, studied television and film and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University's School of Fine Arts in California. With 10 years of experience in videography, editing and filmmaking, Alex continues to strive to provide his clients with the highest quality, creative and marketable videography & film work.
Alex successfully petitioned San Diego State's Department of Television & Film as a writer and editor. Throughout his studies he began to lean toward production management and worked on several films and television series as First Assistant Director. His collegiate work in Television has earned 2 Emmy Awards for Excellence in Production. Alex continued to edit throughout college and also began animating short hand drawn films such as festival acclaimed, Burrito Bash.
Alex's professional work in Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego California has been celebrated in multiple domestic and international film festivals. He continues to work in the entertainment industry as a videographer, editor, director, assistant director and producer.

Memoir Film is committed to an unobtrusive shooting style ensuring that you are able to enjoy your wedding day without being constantly entangled by cameras. We offer many different options and packages and can provide reasonable services based on any budget. There is no task too large or small.
